ZIB Academy 2017

The third ZIB Academy on the topic of “Modelling Process Data” was held by the ZIB at the DIPF in Frankfurt am Main from 24 to 27 July 2017.

A total of 25 junior researchers from Germany, Luxembourg and Austria took part in three workshops on innovative methods in the areas of data mining, psychometric modelling of answers and answer times and modelling process data based on generalised linear mixed models (GLMM). The workshops were led by Dr. Alina von Davier (ACT, USA), Prof. Dylan Molenaar (University of Amsterdam, NL) and Prof. Paul De Boeck (Ohio State University, USA).

Aside from the workshops, the participants also had the opportunity to talk about their own research topics to experts in empirical educational research in a poster session.
