Program

The eighth ZIB Academy, focusing on "Causal Inference and Machine Learning," will take place from September 2 to 5, 2024, at the IPN in Kiel. The event will cover concepts, issues, and methods at the intersection of both fields. It is primarily aimed at early-career researchers in psychology, educational sciences, and statistics/mathematics who are working in or interested in educational research. The goal is to provide participants with a solid understanding of estimating causal effects.
